Kristi Moos

Kristi Moos has taught widely in the bay area and in London, UK. She received her MFA from San Francisco State University, where she founded and taught the Crossroads Poetry program, a literacy and writing workshop for homeless youth. Oakland Poems, her first full-length work, was awarded the Academy of American Poets Harold Taylor Prize for 2009. She is currently working on her next book, The Second Book of Breathing.
